Do I really need to give PayPal additional information?
Maybe there was a thread already covering this. If so, I couldn't find it.
I got a message from paypal on my account overview page: We had trouble confirming the information on your PayPal Debit MasterCard application. The Resolution center has some additional information we need before we can move forward.
It's asking for a photo ID with address, utility bill, and a document with my SS#.
This happened a few weeks ago, and the only "limitation" it shows on my account is that the account can't be closed.
After checking my address, it looks like i didn't update it and have moved twice since then. Would making all my information current be enough? Who are they to ask for all this stuff, anyway?
This is real paypal account with my real info btw...not a stealth.
Thanks for any input.
