Default Does the number have to be local?

I bought the ebook and it sounds like the number should be just a local area number. On gotvmail you have that option, but Louisiana isn't one of the states offered. Is just any plain ole' 1-866 number gonna work?

Try tollfreeforwarding.com if gotvmail doesn't have what you are looking for. I think its best if you used a local number instead of a toll free number.

i don't see the local # offering for tollfreeforwarding. i don't see what would be wrong with a 1-866 or whatever. It doesn't match any address anywhere. To my knowledge, the number could be from anywhere in the country. it is a toll free number, not really specific to a place.

Interesting... I remember reading posts by aspkin in the past stating that your ebay address should be in the same region as your ip address.

yes, they probably do, do this. If you have a Static IP then i think dial up is the only answer. Here in the UK anyway. That's if they do the region matching ip's

Sorry Aspkin i thought u meant something else
