i am thinking of buying a ebay/paypal account from this site. i sell gift codes on ebay and sold too many on my personal account and got limited until the end of the month.

so when using the new account what is the best way to get the money out the stealth paypal account?

or is buying stuff with the paypal account the best way so it doesnt link back to you or what?

Using a bank account is the best method.

Withdrawing to bank is good - purchasing also works.

As for gift codes...remember that eB and PP look at digital delivery items as risky...

right but from where? i have a stealth ebay, paypal, and bank account (for example) and the bank account is in europe. but i live in usa

You should easily be able to open a US bank account
