 limited in no time... entropay possible problem in Italy?
So, my first attempt with a new identity worked not so well. Here is what I have done:
I joined Entropay.
Created an account with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name.
Put money on it with a cc in my real name. No problem with them, the account was verified and the card ready to go.
Joined PP with the same ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name.
No issues for the IP, account, cookies... evetything was absolutely "spick-and-span".
As soon as I associated the VCC got a message saying that "checking the card was not possible at that time, retry later" and got the mail for PP limited.
I did try several other times in the next hours but the same message showed up. Now PP is asking for 2 steps in order to proceed:
1 - verify the card (which I assume is not possible with the Entropay card)
2 - and get from me identity document proving who I am and where I live.
I could ⊗⊗⊗⊗ n°2 but it is not a route I would take now.
No problem for me to throw the account in the bin and start with a fresh one but, before that, I would like to know where the problem is.
