well eBay has withdrawn its notification to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) about removing other payment methods. YAY!!!!!! YOU LOSE EBAY!!!

i think so but still i can use bank transfer as payment to build up my back accounts

you can choose paymate instead of paypal,and u can put ur saving account (the linked one to ur suspended account),since paymate and ebay don't share info .
