Updating Paypal Account Registered in Thailand

Hi guys,

I'm currently living in the Philippines. I just updated and changed my address and Email in my Ebay account that I registered in Thailand to the Philippines. The problem is I can't update my Paypal address. I can't change my country to Philippines. How can I do that? Is it possible to use different address on Ebay and Paypal? Thanks.

By the way, that account I have is five years old and I created it as a merchant account for my website before but the site isn't working now. I wonder if I could use that account to sell on Ebay. Thanks

The account will get limited or blocked, I can guarantee that. Best way is to contact eBay first and ask them how to proceed and explain the situation.

Paypal doesn't allow the changes of registration country. Try to contact them.
