Hey you guys I have an ebay master card and I have a current debt that I owe to the card. Unfortunately I am suspended now and I wanted to go back and make payments, but also check the activities. I obtain a new modem with new ip address, now can I still go into paypal using my phone. Would I be link again? Thank for your help I really appreciate it.

Sorry about the confusing post I was in a hurry to type it. Well I guess my only question is ebay and PayPal can only link to my suspended accounts if I use the same ip address, and cookies correct. I owe money to my ebay master card from my suspended account paypay and I want to make payments but I'm scared I will be linked.
And for some reason comcast said I cannot change my IP address hopefully I don't have to buy a new modem.
Ok got you now. Yes EBay/PP link by IP, cookies. What you need or can do is create a separate user account on your PC, make sure you don't get the same IP as your stealth. You should log your IP changes anytime you switch between accounts.
