limited account
so my account got limited a few weeks ago.
it was a young account and I took 150 pounds through it which I think caused it to be limited.
so the options were there, apparently I needed to send in copy of driving licence and cc statement.
I have had an email or two stating that my funds are now available. I logged in, its still limited but it seems the criteria to lift have been changed??
so bank account has beem confirmed
validate information - all Its asking for now is proof of address and photo id, (not p/port / d/licence as before)
business info - this is resolved, I rung pp when I became limited and got this sorted.
I also need to complete postage details for 'below listed transations', though there are no listed options there, though it will not allow me to proceed
im also a personal seller, and its asking me for invoices.
from experience is it worth trying to rescue this account now? I was thinking I could call them on Monday and state that im a private seller, and therefore there are no invoices. I was also going to ask them to sort out the proof of postage part.
if this could be sorted on the phone, all I would need to do is send docs in. in experience is it worth it, do they scrutinise these more carefully due to the limitation? do you think im in with a fair shout of getting this account back?
any response would be really useful. whats stopping me atm is the lack of bank accounts that I am able to open within a given period, and im trying to mature my existing accounts carefully..
thanks again, dan
