Login to ebay and paypal from mobile phone

Hi, I wanted to know if I can login to my stealth account via my mobile phone. I have checked the IP address changes all the time but I have logged in to my suspended account in past and I had ebay and paypal apps on my phone (I have deleted the apps). Can ebay link my old account to the stealth one this way??? Thanks

You must NOT use the apps - yes you can be linked..badly.

I have deleted the apps (eBay and PayPal). Is it ok to use the mobile browser to go on m.ebay.ca ?
