when you use them to cotnrol another pc remotely, it uses ip of that pc, not ip of original.
To set up teamviewer you need to set a username and password so can login anytime. but pc must be on 24/7. Downside is teamviewer is hard to crack or use serials for, either you fork out $1000+ for a legit version or you have to keep changing mac address to fool teamviewer you are new pc, allowing you trial for like 50 uses again.
You also cannot switch windows users or change ip of pc your controlling
