I tried nothing that helps came up. I just simply want a online payment processor that doesn't not freeze accounts.

Most merchant account providers don't arbitrarily freeze accounts like PayPal. They will tell you of any limitations upfront. If they decide they no longer want to do business with you, usually you get a 30 day notice to find a new processor. The only exception I have seen is if you are selling something illegal - then they WILL shut you down without notice.

The downside, it is impossible to get a "stealth" merchant account. They will want your SSN and a credit check is involved. The other issue is, as mentioned previously, many eBay buyers do not want to use anything other than PayPal.

Sadly, if you are suspected of fraudulent or risky behaviour, ANY online payment processor will freeze/ban you. Really depends on the nature of your sales and how you want to accept payments (e.g. Credit card, paypal, etc.)

Paypal is still the best, I would recommend opening up more accounts and just waiting your 180 days.

For all it's faults, paypal is still very user friendly for the stealth community.

Is Paypal asking for any type of documents?

Rsot is right. You don't have to actually be selling anything illegal, sometimes just the mere SUSPICION can kill an account. To avoid any issues, if you are selling anything that is highly counterfeited (ladies purses, DVD's, iPhone cases, etc.) then you might want to provide your merchant account provider with information on your source upfront, to prove what you are selling is authentic.

You can use 2checkout or avangate and both of them are great payment options.. specially avangate has a lot of payment processing options for your customers...
