When you begin to receive funds without being HOLD?
1) Your account must have a minimum of 6months (previously 3 or even less)
2) You need to have to make a first sale and wait for it to turn 3 months since the transaction is completed
3) You need to have completed a minimum of 25 transactions (with perfect DSR) without having the perfect DSR continue to retain payments
4) You need to have completed 25 transactions and pass the monthly evaluation of ebay (if you meet all the requirements but has not reached the day of the ebay evaluation money usually follows retained)
5) If you start to receive money without hold and in future your DSR worsens. With luck you'll return to withhold money and unluckiest account be limited
So now still more patience than previously required.
*Im speaking with experience of more than 15ebay accounts created in last 5-7 mounths!
