Mismatched name on Prepaid card

I'm using a prepaid card and the deposit will be well over $3000. The first deposit was successful for $450. My concern is that the size of the deposit might put it under review by the prepaid CC company. I am using a business name for the deposit. I was thinking it might be best to change the name to a variation of my name so there are no issues.

Is it enough to just change one letter in the first name or last name?

Will only one character off trigger a manual review for Amazon?

Is one letter off likely to cause problems with the bank?

Also, is it a red flag to Amazon if the deposit name is different form the legal name at time of registration?

The deposits are not going into a card....In the USA we have Prepaid Cards that come attached with a Bank Routing/Account Number.
