Paypal Issue can not login

Hi

My brother has a paypal account but he can not remember his password

When I try and get them to send a mil to the registered address it does not send but it does semm to recognise the email address he uses to login as it ives him various options ie phone no verification, address verification etc but the phone no is not his?

If we call paypal is there any wayy they can help or if ye have any suggestions that would be great

Calling Paypal usually gets things done. I always call them when I need help with something.

paypal will be open at all times meaning if they are closed in the u.s. call the australia phone # and vice versa.
