Canadian paypal withdraw money

Hello
I have some canadian paypal accounts wich was limited, now I can withdraw the money from them, problem is thank this accounts was attached to US Bank account , now this bank account was closed, I'm not in US now and can not open another US bank account to withdraw money. Is is another option do cash my money? thank you for your help

I now about payoneer but they offer just 1 bank account also the name on paypal and payoneer need to match
