You call them up and try to negotiate to avoid the request - if you can't (and many times you can't), you have to wait 180 days - done for the stealth account - legit advice given

ok thanks rsot but i have two questions
1) in negotiating what to say to change the SSN- what do you tell them? if they ask why you want to change it, what do you say?
2) so far it didnt tell me how many days i have to wait before i can withdraw the money. its a temp limitation?
