How i can verify mobile phone of my account if i'm outside US

I bought US Ebay and US Paypal account, but after sometimes paypal asked me to verify mobile phone. Now i'm staying outside US and i haven't US mobile. How i can verify my account?

Is there a need to confirm this? This is one of those things that never require confirmation. I have an account with >500 feedback (mostly electronics) that never had a confirmed mobile number.

Otherwise I could probably sell you one. I would buy the phone tell you the number then give you the activation.

This is one of the services I am considering offering when I become a seller on here.

When i try to pay on Ebay with my Paypal i see message that i need verify my phone number.

Are you using a proxy or vps? Or are you using a RU IP address?

I'm using VPN - IP is US, NY.
Paypal say that i must add home or mobile phone. Seller add mobile, but now this mobile not available.

You can add another phone number.
Find someone who would do an phone verification for you. Then add his phone number with his address.
