A VBA is for verification only. To withdraw you need to add a bank account.

Many people like to get the paypal fully set up and taking money before adding a bank. A big % of issues on accounts happens in the first few days.

Using a VBA saves burning bank accounts.

Just a heads up a lot of accounts were limited last week and apparently what was in common was that they all had VBAs

Source of this info? Written comment that was published online? Careful on spreading this hearsay.

Lot of accounts get limited all the time - some VBAs are long known to be problematic - examples: Etrade, Metabank, and others

I agree with Rsot, just because accounts were all limited doesn't indirectly mean it was because of VBA's. There can be all sorts of issues that could cause the limitation. I have been hearing this a lot lately and have no idea where it started. My accounts that I use VBA's on are fine and haven't been limited (knock on wood.) If your accounts are all getting limited, I would re-evaluate what you are doing as far as creation and activity.

You THINK it's the VBA's, there are too many other factors to look at before saying its specifically its the VBA.

VBAs are not the only common factor.

Other factors are involved as well.
Geo-location of sellers can be problematic

I will have to disagree with all you regardless this thread .
All the banned that was last week caused by PayPal happened due to the non quality vba's.
The reason why it was happen just recently is because PayPal added extra security (last week) for there vba verification and this extra security is after you entered the diposit amount. ( you will see then announcement of PayPal stating that they will deposit another 0.10 cents to your account ( vba ) and then retrieve it.
So please check well from who you're buying your vba

Yes, Magic Box is correct...I havent used VBAs personally yet...But I did see that extra layer of security that after you confirm your bank account, then send another .10 to verify it....

Now, I am unfamiliar with VBAs...Is that a big problem?
