I don't see there is anything the buyer can do, since the time has passed even for a chargeback. However, if the buyer wants to, they can cause you a problem with Amazon by saying the item was counterfeit, or something like that.

If it is a small item, I would just issue the refund not to have a problem. If it is a larger item, I would probably fight it.

Sadly that is the reule of thumb for almost any sale. Have they already left feedback in the past? That is one of my biggest concerns..

I would contact Amazon, have them notate the order, then tell the customer they are outside the return period. Most likely customer will complain to AZ and AZ could issue a "goodwill credit."

So what is the problem, customer a replacement. Are you saying he also wants a refund. If you can show to amazon that he has been given a replacement just forward to amazon and ignore him. There are a lot off assholes out there.

Just tell them, hey you are way outside your warranty. ignore all other emails unless you want to help. they will get the message.

you need to specify warranty terms in your listings. If they are outside those terms, what can they do?
