Buyer completed checkout, I dispatched item. No longer registered on eBay
Had a buy whom completed checkout, and i dispatched item today. Updated the tracking number on Paypal, and went to leave feedback and it says they are no longer registered on eBay so cant leave feedback. What do you think is going to happen now? Possible refund for item?

If they dispute it with PayPal then you may get a return for a refund, but so long as your item is as described and it was dispatched with tracking to a confirmed address you should be fine.
Only issues will come if the buyer makes a claim of some sort with PP or card company
