My DSR next month shows it will be 1.16% for 'item as described' next month since it started to calculaute me based on 3 months and not 12. I didnt get any negatives, just a few neutrals. Should i be concerned with eBay taking any action?

Depends on the number of 1's and 2's you have as well as the percentage in each category

my count is only 6 for Item as described, its only 1.16% since they just moved me to 3 months and not 12.

Also, i have perfect feedback 99.8% and all my other DSRs are well below .50%

For now yes but a pattern is forming...you need to break the pattern EARLY
