Problem withdrawing money from paypal need advice

Yesterday i tried to withdraw $10 paypal then put limitations on the account i completed all the task including verifing my phone number an locatation my account was restored to but when i go to withdraw the $10 it gives me the were gonna call message i click call now an it says we can't verify your phone number what should i do?

Yes wait 2-3 days and it no change try to call..I know that may not be what you would like to do.. but I've have many stealth accounts cleared up by just calling I've even gotten one of the accounts that got limited lifted so it never hurts to give it a try..
