Just means you have to wait the 72 hours. Will eventually go back to 2 hours again

Ha, right you are. I should have worded it more like 'how long have you actively been receiving funds'

6 months old and only just confirmed a bank account, so leads me to think that this may have been the first transaction on the account. If not how much money have you put though the account and how have you been getting it out?

Just added it had old one on but never confirmed that one, also ha expired card, took them off added my new account yesterday. Bought lots of eBay and went to withdraw it tonight and 1hour later it's limited! I have uploaded docs and changed password, security questions an confirmed location by phone and managed to upload photo ID. How long should I expect a reply? Is this the end of my account ? Lol

Seems like you have a lot of issues going on - what exactly did they ask for in terms of documentation? When did you send your ID in? 24 hours is hardly enough time to expect for lifting of limitation

Are you sure you have not been linked to a previous account though your mobile?

Looks like you still need to send a bank statement and add a credit card.
