Which would be better using invoices? Or sending funds for services? | A sensible user would have a variety of options to use paypal.
Use the account in such a way to appear natural to paypal. What you outline is going to get you flagged.
Earn paypal's trust.
And paypal will flag accounts for $50. User had a hold for under $1.00
If paypal perceive you are trouble, they will react.
