Some USPS servers are no longer available online?

This is the message I seen I had a customer from Australia. IS anyone else having this problem or is this message new? I've never noticed it maybe a few times but not 100% sure.

Or just a bug in the system.

Glitch for holidays perhaps? If an item has been sent via USPS internationally...customers can go on their OWN national postal service and see the status with the USPS tracking number

I'm not really sure. I see the screen for it but the "Continue" Button is not in blue it's like light blue and I can't click on it.
