As the Johnny Carson used to say "I did not know that"
So I had an account that got a warning for selling cakes and it blocked the listing so I was unable to sell any of those items on that account. I had some items still in FBA inventory and I was just letting the account go because I figured it was toast anyway. Well I logged in the other day and when I looked at the FBA inventory screen it had an option to unblock listing. I clicked unblock and today I started getting notifications that the items are selling again. What should I do with this account? It's been two months since the cakes warning. I'm afraid if I send a bunch of stuff FBA they will then suspend it. My stuff is legit so I suspect another seller. However, if it was just from a feedback maybe they won't just assume that is a cake without actually inspecting an item.
I remember once I bought something that was a cake from Amazon and I contacted them and they said that I had to ship the item back to them, tell them why I believe it is a cake and that they would hold an investigation. Maybe this account is OK?

You waited a long time so the original warning may have faded by now. Also, it probably matters as to what the cause was for the original block.
In general though, I would rather take a punch to the face than hit that relist button on something that was recently blocked, but that's just my preference.
I would think it could be more risky though because you already got a warning for that listing. Whats to stop the same person from reporting another ⊗⊗⊗⊗?
Otherwise I would bet my money that the account is still good. Keep us update, eh?
