New paypal account if previously banned?
Hello. I have used my real name with a paypal account before and it has gotten limited along with my ebay account. I was not 18 and could not have an account, but that is not why I got limited in the first place.
I was wanting to make another paypal account I have turned eighteen and can provide my drivers license confirming that I am or letters in the mail (bank statements or whatever) confirming my address. Will paypal limit my new account because I share the same name/address? I am mostly concerned about the name - I have a very unique first and last name, my last name being rare and my first name being rare, my name combination being the only one in the world. I'm not sure if paypal will let me have an account (and if they do, how long they will allow me to purchase from them). Recently they have allowed me to use my debit card with them again, provided that I use a new email and a new phone number. I can always get a phone number from google or change my number to not match it.
Is it safe? I wanted to get into whitehat selling and other things, but I cannot do so if I do not have a paypal account.
