How do you keep up with returns from FBA.
Buyers have 45 days to return an item after a return is requested. Amazon is suppose to "automatically" issue you a credit if Amazon does not get the item back within 45 days.
I have found alot of times this is is not the case, and I have to open tickets to get credited.
How do you guys do it? Suggestions? I normally just pull a manual report for the past 90 days and take a look to see what I have not received back. Has to be a way to automate this or something that does not involve human intervention as Im sure I've might of missed an item or two.
