I have been reading as an outsider here for a good long while now.
I decided to join and learn as much as I can.
Really does stink when ebay decides to do a purge or zero in on your account or accounts doesnt it?
anyways I have bounced back and am in need of some help or tips!
this seems to be a problem I am running into with pp profiles.
its basically with the 500 dollar monthly withdrawl limit.
I can transfer to bank fine, but only 500 a month.
if you have a stealth pp acct ( ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name ⊗⊗⊗⊗ addr) that has been coined 'verified' by paypal linked to a real bank
you still need to do one of two things to meet their requirements to lift 500 wd limit.
-add ssn --- out of the question
-add debit /credit card
the bank debit card did not work since the addr and name is mismatching the bank filed one. (tried this on multiple profiles)
so what would be the best way to meet the add debit/credit requirements?
I have read visa vanilla gift card will work after registration but is that still up to date and working as of 2014?
also any other gift card specific products would be helpful.
