(Limitation) Whats the maximum PayPal hold my funds for?

My account has been limited for for following reasons :

1900GBP Limit

My account was linked to the other one which has been limited ages ago.

Request for more information about my transactions.

I have refused to co-operate with PayPal to provide them with any of the above as I knew that it will go nowhere. Now it appears that "This limitation cannot be appealed against."

The question is: How long, maximum they can legally hold my funds for? Does the 180 days applies to all cases?

Usually it will say in the initial message. Usually 60-90-180 days, one of those three.

I am unsure times based on "linked" PP's.

Although know that getting your money back is a treat, they do not legally have to give you anything, as they are not legally a bank but a corp.

It could very well be. I have a current thread all about it. But quickly, yes it could very well be 180 days. Just checked my pp acct. when I read your thread and this time my transfer shows complete so I should have my money tomorrow. Yay!
