Making a new paypal account.

I was suspended from ebay indefinite. I have another ebay account i helped build up for a friend a few years back and he doesn't use it at all now so i want to. I have a few questions.

Can i make a new paypal account with variation of my name, new account # and use it with the ebay account in his name?

what is the best option for me to do this?

I really want to take over this account for new because its established and has decent limits then i will start a few other stealh once i get this going again just incase.

Best option to keep using the eB is to look at OTHER payment forms like Paymate and Skrill. Not good idea to just make new PP - eB will see this and link results.

ok, i guess i need to buy the book. iv never heard of those and i thought the only way you can accept payment from buyers on ebay was through paypal.

Get the book, it's extremely helpful if your new to Stealth, also make sure to read as many threads as possible, also the search function is your friend.
