Not answering questions, handling returns quickly and replying to disputes instantly really annoys ebays SSR department and your account can be limited even as a top rated seller. I lost my personal account selling several thousand items a month because I stopped listing and put my vaction settings on when a family emergency came up. DRS scores were excellent and top rated seller. Ebay did not like the unique activity and froze the account for 30 days and at 31 days indefinitely susspended the account. They will only reinstate that account if I supply layoff notices AND police/Hospital records of the exact family emergency. Basically the unique activity of a large account caused caused ebays secret back room people to deem my personal account as high risk. I was paying 20-30k a month in ebay fees on that account. Insanity at best.
My point is no matter what respond to to those messages, cases, returns, etc.. at all costs in todays ebay world.
