my ebay is blocked because of complaints

does anyone know when those complaints are resolved, does ebay allow you to buy and sell again or do you need to reinstate your account before you can do any of this?

HI:
my own exper has been--if its from complaints--they will block u from buying/selling..
after all complaints are resolved in paypal and ebay--then u can write in for a reinstatement..but its doubtful..
esp if the complaints are fraud related--i.e. non receipt/ ⊗⊗⊗⊗ mdse..

i sold a lot of items. this is prolly what happened. i had 3 accounts. one for my business that i was selling and then 2 that was under my hubby and mom. i tried to sell from my hubby account and got suspended. a few days later, i got a dispute on paypal because the customer said that ebay sent them a message that i maybe a fraud, therefore, they blocked my account and then a lot of claims were filed because my customers showed i was not a registered user. i had to contact all my paid customers on what happened. my claims were saying they never received their item. it was shipped late and now the claims are getting closed.

i hope that i can get reinstated. because i was making money on this site, even though ebay sucks about why they suspend accounts.

In my experience, it is futile trying to get reinstated after complaints.

Might as well put efforts into everything new. If your like me and one buyer who is also competition hits your account with lies and complaints you might as well forget it.
Like others very seldom do you get even an answer.

+1... I highly doubt a reinstatement will be available after customer complaints of None-Receipt, even though you shipped late and still shipped, eBay takes that very seriously. Put your efforts into something entirely new! Good luck!
