Yes, you have to use your Seller Manager Pro. Seller Manager Pro is free is free if you have an eBay Store. If you do not have an eBay Store then I do not know if it is still free or what the cost would be. Hope that helps!

I think auctiva has the option to leave feedback for buyers

ShipStation offers this and so does eBay's Selling Manager Pro. Both have costs involved. I am not aware of any free services that do this.

Selling manager is a free option and you can leave feedback in bulk, very easy and takes a few seconds to do.
