Ordered goods on the 16th, but fedex tracking still shows no shipment?

Is it because of the Chinese new year? Ordered goods on jan 16th, updated tracking number on the 23rd and still no shipment. Worked with this supplier before, been good. Warned me that the Chinese new year celebrations begin on the 22nd when I ordered a previous batch on the 6th. Is this normal for you guys that have been on Ebay for a few years? Thanks.

If it's international this could be normal especially around a holiday. Contact supplier again, contact fedex and out a trace if you need to. We shipped to Australia before Christmas and it took 3 weeks to get there.

OP yeah might be cause of there holiday.my supplier Told me would be off from the 24th to the 7th.have you tried emailing your supplier?

An order of mine I purchased a from a company in Georgia and comes from China is now 2 weeks old and no sign of delivery yet.

Needed it for Super Bowl "Monday" too.
