Default Offer Accepted from Non Paying Buyer

I haven't seen any recent posts about this situation. It has recently happened to me so I though I'd ask to maybe get some feedback or ideas on what to do.

I accepted an offer for an item on one of my accts. 5 days has past now and I still have not been paid. I have sent 3 invoices with no response.

Should I file an unpaid claim with PP, or because it is a stlth acct, should I just let it go and relist the item?

It's a decent sized sale, so it would be nice to get, but not at the expense of messing up an acct.

Has anybody gone thru this? What was your experience?

Yeah, I agree with JamesNorth. Open an unpaid case. Buyers not should be able to keep your stuff lingering without payment. Realistically, buyer should pay immediately. You are not a lay-a-way option, or an option until a BBD (bigger better deal) comes around.

Yup, don't want to be on the hook for fees related to an item that was never paid for.
