three / 3 one plan - dynamic ip or static ip? used on old paypal damn!!!

hi, bought a 3 one plan sim card to open a new ebay + paypal account. still yet to make account.

made a critical mistake and logged into old paypal account and payed for something (paypal is not banned - has a rolling reserve and is linked to couple of banned ebay accounts which no longer can sell but can buy.)

when i tether or check ip from phone, according to whatismyipaddress.com, my ip seems to be static. Also if i turn the date on-off, only last three digits change.

eg

95.198.122.96

reset data on phone - changed to 95.198.122.121

can i no longer use this sim/date since ip is used up?????

also according to "3", mobile sim plans do not come with ip addresses. they wont change the ip address

For a 95.198.122.0/32 i.e mask of 255.255.255.0, you will have 95.198.122.2 - 95.198.122.254.

That is a lot of IPs. Not a problem at all.

Hi, thanks for quick reply. im aware of the range upto 254. However i cannot remember which ip was used when i purchased something with paypal.

i never recorded the ip. p*ssed. wasted £180. absolute hate 3, fricken indian call centres. suprised ebay/paypal actually have better cs staff who can actually speak english.

You honestly missed one LAW of Stealthing - Documentation!

3 have the largest range of IP addresses of any UK mobile network operator and is not limited to the range you mention above.

I use them for the majority of my accounts and to be perfectly honest I have never logged a duplicate IP address in over two years.

If you are tethering make sure your wifi is turned off on the phone.

To easily change IP just toggle 'Flight Mode" on and off again after a minute or so

the reason why i dont want to jump the gun, is because of the limited amounts of cards i can get. dont want to link my card and 1 month down the line the card is locked down to a banned ebay card.

documentations are fine. have all them sorted. address sorted, bank account (set on new address sorted). phone number sorted etc.

quick question. how much mb/gb needed per month for tethering to laptop for ebay/paypal use 4-5 hours per day.

got another ovivo sim card which i can use. has 500 mb per month

VCC means virtual credit card. It's credit card info but not an actual physical credit card. You can buy one from sellers here in the forum. They will send you all the credit card info (card number, expiration, etc). You then just plug that info into ebay/pp to verify the accounts.

But that's all most of them are good for. With most vcc's, you can't add money to them or buy anything with them. I believe there are some now that allows reloading, but that's something you will have to ask the pros about. I hope that helps you.
