How to use Cartmanager in listings and ignore Paypal?

Hey guys,

Is it possible to not fax in any information to Paypal, make it an accepted payment option, but put a CHECKOUT button on the top, middle and bottom of every auction taking them through my own cart manager system? In other words, would I get suspended if I actually decide to that without faxing any merchant account information?
