If you mean stealth, then you can have as many as you like. But it will create suspicion and if one goes down, they all will. Stick to one account per address.

If you mean in general, then eBay allow one account per person. So would depend on how many live at that address. Again there will be links between the accounts, so not advisable.

For stealth 1 per house is the way to go.

Everything must be unique per stealth account.

1 per household
1 per phone number
1 per credit card
1 per bank account

etc.

The idea is to keep everything separated to avoid linking.

1 account per address provided...think "outside the box" and along the lines of stealth

Question is not clear. They allow 2 accts per person linked to 1 pp. so multiply by people in household. If your talking stealth then 1 is best practice.

Different people living in the one house may have an account.

They can all use the same internet access, and essentially be different people.

But once one account has issues, ALL accounts get perceived as the one.

ebay then goes anal on understanding.

What are your hopes?
