I had a 5% rolling reserve limit on my account for over a year.

They lifted it today and I was able to withdraw a huge sum of money.

Today is a good day. Just wanted to give you guys some hope.

I'd advise leaving at least a small cushion in your account at all times. And try not to withdraw too much at one time. I like to spread out my withdraws.

Looks like the hold on the funds was just released but they still have the same rolling reserve.

update. they actually removed the rolling reserve. everything is good with paypal.

But I obviously shouldn't link it to any new eBay account.
