Germany or USA ?

I'm located in Germany. What would be the best choice for PP account for stealth, German or USA account?
I own a German bank account, address and phone number.

For ease of using ebay, I would select your own country.

Why not experiment with both? Learn stealth for both Germany and USA - what's your other country in use at the moment?

I never used USA. I'm registered in Israel.
I guess that opening a US pp acc will require US address anyway.

Your profile flag must be changed to ISRAEL then.

Flag is to match your ISP.


If you use ebay in any country but your own, you need to have internet access.

What do you know about doing that in other countries?

If you pick the wrong variety, your ebay/paypal account could get suspended.

I live in Germany and manage the Israeli account from here at the moment, therefor the flag.

Not true. USA PP can be operated without a SSN
