Paypal business account

Getting harder to create uk paypal accounts because now they ask for date of birth and they want to verify the date of birth, name and address. Similar to doing a credit check. Any known ways around this ?

You mean they ask at registration or when lifting the receiving limit?

when filling the business form to lift limits

That's pretty standard, it's not anything new.

You can either send them what they want, or wait until you've created some selling history and limits will be lifted automatically.

How do you know they verify them? Have you gotten any docs rejected by paypal?

they don't even ask, they try and verify your info similar to a credit check and limit your account if this fails as proves not at that address

That sounds pretty unfair. Can anyone else confirm this?
