already searched and the link provided gives me no details on if the countries does CC withdraws or not

The problem with maintaining list like this is that it's impractical. Things change constantly and frankly no one has the time to maintain such list.

I gave that link so you can check each country and see...takes time to research.

I used to have a link that had each country and ways to withdraw but I can't find it anymore.

Soon as it gets put out in open forum paypal will close yet another method down.....
