Hi! my family and I are in the market for a new house. I wanted to know if there any tips or tricks you guys can give me so I can get a good home loan at a good rate. I also want to know if you know any companies which give grants. My family has been in the real estate game for a long time soo I know quite a bit about this field but I just wanted know if all my intelegent forum buddies could tellbme something new

Yes vegas is a cool market at the moment. This is the time to get houses at a bargain and plus they're great investments!
