Yes, given that connecting to paypal directly by a VPN like PIAccess can get your paypal account limited. Can you safely connect to paypal via a 3rd party like an On-line Store?
For example.
If I click the checkout order button at (newegg.com or overstock.com) and confirm the payment then will that expose my VPN connection to paypal?

Safe or no?
How do you prefer to make safe PP purchase from retailers?

VPN is never safe for paypal.

paypal detect them and accounts get flagged.

If you are from the US there are much better ways to change your ip. Too many VPN services are blacklisted by ebay/paypal

Then all those options I have read about are all not feasible.
What are the options for someone outside the US to use a US account?
