My ebay account got a 14 day suspension. If I make a new selling account after this 14 days, will it be at all affected by this at all?

I don't know what you are asking exactly, but if I were you, I'd not touch that account for at least 4 weeks. AT LEAST.

1. The stealth guide is very important to have so you can learn the basics.
2. You will need to go back to the drawing board, because no matter how good you are
in creating the stealth accounts, if you keep doing what you are doing now, you'll keep getting banned.
