MC999 How long????

Hi everyone! Just would like to know on average how long are you on the phone with CS for an MC999 where you need to call within 48 hrs?

Also do you go thru a couple more "database" questions?

Last question- Do you just answer questions or carry a conversation with cs?

Things like this can take anywhere from 10 min to 1 hour.
Really depends what the MC999 is and how heavy it is.

And yes, you do go through more database questions nowadays.

Honestly, just go call the rep and be prepared and try to be yourself.

Always try to be a little friendly to the CS, doesn't always help, but people respond to kindness

I have called 3 times, 2 accounts moved to 25/1250, but the other one required papers. Just be prepared for both and honestly, your answers will help or kill you.
