Default Paypal Messup Today!!!!!!!!

Hey all,

Right i had a customer dispute 2 items he bought from me saying he was missing bit's from the package. So we both agree that $100 would settle the dispute, he agreed, i agreed, bobs ur uncle........ Not at all!!!

a week later (today) paypal tried to take $100 from my bank to send to the buyer but was unable to do so as there were not enough funds in my bank (never is) but i had a few hundred in my paypal. BUT instead of reimbursing $100 like agreed paypal reverse the whole payment of $500 and leave me without 2 items and $500 lol WOW, i rang them and they said we are so sorry we made a mistake, blah blah blah.

I also rang my customer and then he rang paypal and guess what they said to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......... This is their exact words. from them

"We made a mistake but you can do what you like, you can either refund the seller or keep the money" HAHAHAHAHAHA

Luckily the buyer is a nice chap and has refunded me but my god how easy for the buyer ;(

HI: Had same exact thing--Paypal said even though "they" made the mistake, it was now up to "me" to contact the buyer and get my money back..

Mine was over $500 + the buyer returned 1-$29 item, the buyer gets all $500 back from pp..
My buyer NEVER paid me back--so i was beat...

Paypal does not care about sellers period! If sellers started contacting the police and threatening the buyers with fraud and legal action I believe Paypal would start thinking twice about the bogus unethical advice they give buyers. It seems like it is going to take a huge class action suit against Paypal before anything really changes.
