Paypal and eBay linking problem

Hello forum,

I apologize if this question has been answered before.
I have a paypal + ebay account. The eBay account is recently suspended, yet the paypal account is still active.

My question is whether or not I can use that paypal account and attach it to a new ebay account without getting LINKED to the old ebay account.

Answered that many times before on the forum as well.

That paypal can only be used away from ebay now.
