Paypal case resolution issue
Here is the back ground.
I ordered from memory modules from Taiwan, paid using Paypal. Total came out to be about 4200 split into 2 payments over 2 days.
The seller never sent the things I bought so I opened a paypal case against the seller. I waited for the seller to send a message with paypal but nothing was sent, so I waited the 10 days that paypal allows people to send any messages, if nothing is sent, the buyer (me) automatically wins and I "get" my money back.
The 10 days passed on the 25th, so I gave paypal another day. On one other occasion the case was won on the 11th day, but today, on the 11th day both cases are still waiting to be closed and resolved. Its now 9:10pm, so in a few hours it will be 12 days.
Do I call paypal to see what is up or just wait another day.
Has anyone else waited this long for a refund when the seller never responds?
